Description

New "R" series C tenor (melody) saxophone with high F# and ergonomic keywork. The "Retro" model has a new octave key similar to the original C melodies accessed from the top of the thumb rest, more suitable for people with small hands. Also has an extended Bis (Bb) key to enable faster changes by rolling the index finger down from the B key. Fitted with blue steel needle springs, metal resonators on leather pads and ribbed lead free brass construction. Comes with a curved neck and a straight neck optional extra. This model is finished in austere bare brass (no lacquer) for that raw look and sound. The body is matte finish with bright polished keys. Looks shiny now but will soon develop that antique looking patina. This is the ultimate C sax for quality Sound and ergonomics. Comes in a lightweight but high impact resistant foam and fabric case with neck strap, cork grease and cleaning cloth. Reeds are free and a new Classic hard rubber mpc is discounted.
